While attending school full-time, Ms. Williams won an internship at the Office of the Governor for Colorado Governor Bill Ritter, Jr. She worked in Press and Communications, specializing in Constituent Communications.

Ms. Williams speaks fluent French and as part of her studies she spent the academic year 2008-2009 studying in Avignon, France, at the Institut Américain Universitiare. She excelled in immersion courses and cultured her interest in French history, art, culture, and gastronomy.

Prior to joining Next Generation Wealth Management, Holly specialized in customer communications for Na Hoku, Inc., in Honolulu, Hawaii. Holly also has experience working in the field of marketing for Denver-based Boa Technology, Inc., where Ms. Williams focused on professional communications and integration of corporate strategy with marketing materials, as well as providing critical support to sales teams.

When Holly is not working, she is an athletic coach at the University School of Milwaukee for Middle School Girls' Field Hockey. Ms. Williams also volunteers at the Alliance Française de Milwaukee. She enjoys playing soccer, downhill skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, cross-country skiing, camping, running, traveling, and learning languages.

Holly resides in Shorewood, Wisconsin.
